Chicken and waffles



                Chicken and waffles is a classic southern dish that consists of crispy fried chicken served on                     top of a fluffy waffle. Ingredients for making chicken and waffles typically 

include: All-purpose flour Paprika Salt Black pepper Cayenne pepper (optional)
                Buttermilk Chicken legs or breasts Vegetable oil (for frying)Waffle mix or ingredients for                             making waffles (flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, butter)Instructions for making chicken                 and waffles typically include the following 

steps:     Mix the flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper in a bowl.
                Dip the chicken 
                into the buttermilk, then into the flour mixture, making sure it is well coated. Heat the oil in a                    deep saucepan until it reaches 350°F (180°C).Fry the chicken until it is crispy and fully cooked,                 about 8-10 minutes. Prepare the waffles according to the package instructions or recipe. Serve                 the chicken on top of the waffles. Optional: drizzle with syrup, honey, or hot sauce. Enjoy!
