                                                Mutton Curry



                        Mutton is a meat from mature sheep that is often used in traditional dishes from 
                        various cultures around the world. Here are a few popular recipes using mutton


Ingredients Mutton, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, spices 
          (cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder), ghee or oil, lemon juice, fresh cilantro.

Instructions 1. Heat oil in a large pan, add chopped onions and cook until soft. 
                     2. Add ginger-garlic paste and spices, cook for a few more minutes. 
                     3. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. 
                     4. Add diced mutton and cook until browned. 
                     5. Add enough water to cover the meat and let it simmer until tender. 
                     6. Season with salt, lemon juice, and cilantro. Serve hot with rice or flatbread. Mutton                                 Rogan Josh:

Ingredients     Mutton, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, spices

                        yogurt, ghee or oil, fresh cilantro.

Instructions 1. Heat oil in a large pan, add sliced onions and cook until golden brown. 
                     2. Add ginger and garlic paste and spices, cook for a few more minutes. 
                     3. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. 
                     4. Add diced mutton and cook until browned. 
                     5. Stir in yogurt and enough water to cover the meat. 
                     6. Let it simmer until the mutton is tender and the sauce has thickened. 
                     7. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with rice or flatbread. Mutton                                     Biryani:

Ingredients Mutton, basmati rice, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, spices 
                    (cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala),
                     ghee or oil, saffron, lemon juice, fresh cilantro.

Instructions 1. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside. 
                     2. Heat oil in a large pan, add sliced onions and cook until golden brown. 
                     3. Add ginger-garlic paste and spices, cook for a few more minutes. 
                     4. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. 
                     5. Add diced mutton and cook until browned. 
                     6. Stir in saffron and enough water to cover the meat. 
                     7. Let it simmer until the mutton is tender. 
                     8. Layer the cooked rice and mutton mixture in a casserole dish. 
                     9. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. 
                     10. Season with salt, lemon juice, and cilantro. Serve hot.
